Tuesdays, 10:15-11:30 am: Yoga Basics. This eclectic Hatha Yoga class includes a combination of balance training, strengthening, stretching, and relaxation.
Thursdays, 9:15-9:45 am: Chair Stretch and Strength. This class incorporates chairs to assist with simple seated and standing stretching and strenthening moves.
Thursdays, 6:30-7:25 pm: Pilates Mat Work. Strengthen your core and practice good posture and body mechanics. In addition to Joseph Pilates' traditional exercises, this class may incorporate props such as therabands, foam rollers, light dumbbells, and stability balls.
Sundays, 6:00-7:15 pm*: Yoga Basics & Beyond.This class includes the exercises taught in Yoga Basics, along with a variety of other techniques, such as Sun and Moon Salutations, Five Tibetan Rites, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Somatics, Pilates Mat Work, and Foam Roller exercises.

Functional Movement Screening:
In this session, Paul will assess your mobility and stability in 10 basic movements. Based on that, you will be given a 6-week functional training program to help you increase your mobility and stability, which can enhance daily movements, as well as sport performance. You will have access to photo and video descriptions of your personalized exercises on the FMS app.
Paul offers the Functional Movement Screening both at BodyBusiness and at CrossFit Renew (CrossFit Renew), 8120 Research Blvd. #103.
Paul has a Master of Education Degree in Kinesiology from U.T. Austin. His certifications include: Yoga Alliance Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (500-hours), IAYT Yoga Therapist, ACSM Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Physiologist, PhysicalMind Institute Pilates Mat Work Instructor, and ACE Health & Wellness Coach. Paul is a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor at BodyBusiness Fitness Club, and an Adjunct Professor in Exercise Science and Student Development at Austin Community College.
