Tuesdays, 9:45-10:45 am: Yoga & Mobility - Level 1. This basic class includes a combination of balance, stretching, strengthening, and relaxation exercises.
Sundays, 6:30-7:30 pm*: Yoga & Mobility - All Levels. In addition to the exercises in Level 1, this class may include Sun and Moon Salutations, Five Tibetan Rites, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Pilates Mat Work, Somatics, and/or Foam Roller exercises.
*No classes on May 8 and May 15.

Covid-19 precautions for Yoga classes: Paul requests that all participants in his Yoga classes have completed their Covid-19 vaccinations. Participants are welcome to wear face masks during class if they choose. Participants will be asked to space their mats at least 3' apart.
Although sanitized props will be provided, participants are welcome to bring their own props: 1 yoga mat, 1 yoga blanket, 2 yoga blocks, and 1 yoga strap.
Paul's personal training sessions incorporate his knowledge of exercise physiology, functional movement, Yoga, and Pilates. His sessions will help you get stronger and more flexible, and be able to move your body in a more comfortable and efficient way, in everyday life and/or for sports activities.

Functional Movement Screening:
In this session, Paul will assess your mobility and stability in 11 basic movements. Based on your results, you will be given a functional training program to help you increase your mobility and stability. This can enhance daily movements, as well as improve sports performance. You will have access to photo and video descriptions of your personalized exercises on the FMS app.

Paul has a Master of Education Degree in Kinesiology from U.T. Austin. His certifications include: Yoga Alliance Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (500-hours), IAYT Yoga Therapist, ACSM Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Physiologist, and ACE Health & Wellness Coach and Functional Training Specialist. Paul is an Adjunct Professor in Exercise Science and Student Development at Austin Community College.
