Weekly Hatha Yoga Classes at Birdsong Bodywork & Pilates:
Wednesdays, 10:00-11:15 am: Yoga Basics. This eclectic Hatha Yoga class includes a combination of balance training, strengthening, stretching, and relaxation.
Sundays, 6:30-7:45 pm: Yoga Basics & Beyond.This class includes the exercises taught in Yoga Basics, along with a variety of other techniques, such as Sun and Moon Salutations, Five Tibetan Rites, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Somatics, Pilates Matwork, and Foam Roller exercises.
1st & 3rd Fridays, 7:00-8:15 pm: Candlelight Yoga. A fun, candlelit, slow-flow Vinyasa Yoga class with a long guided relaxation. I will be alternating teaching this class with Kevyn McAnlis.
Single Class: $20 (sliding scale available)

Private Yoga and Fitness Training and Yoga Therapy Sessions:
60 minute session: $70
Functional Movement Screening:
In this session, Paul will assess your mobility and stability in 10 basic movements. Based on that, you will be given a 6-week functional training program to help you increase your mobility and stability, which can enhance daily movements, as well as sport performance. You will have access to photo and video descriptions of your personalized exercises on the FMS website.

Paul has a Master of Education Degree in Kinesiology from U.T. Austin. He is a Yoga Alliance Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (500-hours), an IAYT-Certified Yoga Therapist, an ACSM Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Certified Exercise Physiologist, and a PhysicalMind Institute Certified Pilates Mat Work Instructor. Paul has also completed certification programs in TRX Suspension Training, TriggerPoint Foam Rolling and Myofascial Compression Techniques, and Functional Movement Screening Levels 1 & 2. Paul is a Fitness Professional at Lake Austin Spa Resort, and an Adjunct Professor in the Personal Fitness Trainer Program at Austin Community College.
