Paul's personal training sessions incorporate his knowledge of exercise physiology, yoga, and Pilates. His sessions will help you get stronger and more flexible, and be able to move your body in a more functional way, both in everyday life and for sports activities.

Functional Movement Screening:
In this session, Paul will assess your mobility and stability in 11 basic movements. Based on your results, you will be given a functional training program to help you increase your mobility and stability. This can enhance daily movements, as well as improve sports performance. You will have access to photo and video descriptions of your personalized exercises on the FMS app.

Paul plans to restart weekly Yoga and Mobility Classes at Kilter Fitness in the near future. Contact him if you would like to be on the waiting list for when those classes begin.
Paul has a Master of Education Degree in Kinesiology from U.T. Austin. His certifications include: Yoga Alliance Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (500-hours), IAYT Yoga Therapist, ACSM Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Physiologist, PhysicalMind Institute Pilates Mat Work Instructor, and ACE Health & Wellness Coach. Paul is an Adjunct Professor in Exercise Science and Student Development at Austin Community College.
