Wednesdays, 10:00-11:15 am: Hatha Yoga (Level 1). This is an eclectic Hatha Yoga class which includes a combination of balance training, strengthening, stretching, and relaxation. (No class June 28 or July 5.)
Sundays, 6:30-7:45 pm: Hatha Yoga (Level 1-2).This is an eclectic Yoga class which includes a combination of balance training, strengthening, stretching, and relaxation. The class may include a variety of techniques, such as Sun and Moon Salutations, Five Tibetan Rites, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Somatics, Pilates Matwork, and Foam Roller exercises.
Single Class: Pay what you can (up to $15 maximum)

Functional Movement Screening:
Paul is a certified Level 2 provider of Gray Cook's Functional Movement Screening. In this session, Paul will assess your mobility and stability in 10 basic movements. Based on that, you will be given a 6-week functional training program to help you increase your mobility and stability, which can enhance daily movements, as well as sport performance. You will have access to photo and video descriptions of your personalized exercises on the FMS website. This session could also incorporate the Modified FMS, and/or the FMS Motor Control Screen.
60 minute Functional Movement Screening: $70

Paul has a Master of Education Degree in Kinesiology from U.T. Austin, is a Yoga Alliance Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (500-hour level), an IAYT-Certified Yoga Therapist, and an ACSM Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Certified Exercise Physiologist. He has completed certification programs in Hatha and Vinyasa Krama Yoga, Integrative Yoga Therapy, TRX Suspension Training, TriggerPoint Foam Rolling and Myofascial Compression Techniques, and Functional Movement Screening Levels 1 & 2. Paul is also a Fitness Professional at Lake Austin Spa Resort, and an Adjunct Professor in the Personal Fitness Trainer Program at Austin Community College.
